Every change to the PIM evaluation module is documented here — a brief description of what changed and the date it was made. We version each release and use GitHub as the version-control system, so changes are tracked over time and easy to roll back if needed.
Proposers now work in named projects: create a Concept Note, pick the template to start from (a global template plus a South Africa variant), and your answers autosave per project — so you can keep several drafts side by side and pick up exactly where you left off. Each submission is graded against its own chosen template and criteria, and you can start a project over or delete it at any time.
The PIM PCN evaluation module is now available as an operational pre-release. Proposers can complete a structured Project Concept Note across all six sections and receive AI-assisted, per-field feedback against quality and conformity criteria — helping strengthen submissions before they reach a human reviewer.
